Perfect Cold Brew Pot

Cold Brew coffee is made by steeping medium to coarse ground coffee in water for 12-24 hours. We suggest trying our Sunshine Cold Brew. It steeps well to give you a delightful cold brew concentrate.  If you want stronger concentrate, use more coffee grounds and allow the mixture to steep for the entire 24 hour period. We like using Hario’s Mizudashi Coffee Pot specifically designed for cold brew coffee. But don’t worry if you don’t have something like that because we show you how to make a cold brew coffee by using everyday items you probably already have in your kitchen.

Depending on your preference, you can add some ice cubes and drink your cold brew coffee as is, or you can dilute it with your preferred liquid, water, milk, caramel or chocolate syrup, etc. Cold brew is never exposed to heat, so it does not have the acidity that is found in brewed coffee.
