What is cold brew?
Cold Brew coffee is made by steeping medium to coarse ground coffee in water for 12-24 hours, the longer you steep the grounds the stronger your concentration will be. When steeping is complete, simply filter out the grounds and you have ready to use cold brew concentrate. Depending on your preference, you can add some ice cubes and drink your cold brew as is, or you can dilute it with your preferred liquid, water, milk etc. Cold brew is never exposed to heat, so it does not have the acidity that is found in brewed coffee.
Cold Brew Coffee Bottle
The filter-in Coffee Bottle produces a clean, crisp cold brew coffee in as little as 8 hours, by just adding coffee grounds and water. Simply fill the strainer with coffee grounds, (just leave a little space at the top), and set the lid. Place the spout on the bottle and slowly pour small amounts of water over the coffee in the filter. Once the glass container is filled, place the cap on securely and gently shake the bottle to start the extraction process. Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours before serving. When your adequate steep time has been reached, remove the filter and enjoy your refreshing cold brew. This stylish, well-designed bottle has a filter that keeps all of the coffee grounds in the water throughout the entire steeping process, so there are never any wasted grounds.
